Modern Apprentice Hockey Job Opportunity - Scotland

Uddingston Hockey Club in Scotland on the outskirt of Glasgow have employed a hockey modern apprentice for the past two years who have worked with our lead coaches within our in-school and club coaching programme that involves providing coaching during class time and running after school clubs in 19 local schools across Glasgow, South & North Lanarkshire plus assisting at club youth evening and weekend sessions. We are now looking to recruit for our third year condensing in August 2017.
The position is a full time paid 52 week position starting late summer 2017 and is facilitated by South Lanarkshire Council and Sports Academy Scotland on behalf of UHC who monitor progress in achieving SVQ Level 3 in Leisure Management.
The position is full time spread over the week and would suit a gap year student looking to gain experience before heading onto higher education with it being open to applications from all over the UK and Europe. The advert can be seen here.
