The event will follow pretty much the same plan as last year. Games will start at 6pm and will be of mixed summer league format. The number of games till be dictated by the number of players. Last year was three games of 30 minutes (one way) with two games per side.
People will be allocated a 'small' amount of food to bring e.g. sweet/savoury. This means that we don't need to charge for the night!!!
There will be party games to encourage mixing (nothing to silly or boisterous I promise.. unless that is what people want.
The evening will have a family bias as babysitting is so expensive on new years eve.
