Friends Association

Holcombe Hockey Friends Association has been newly established to provide a route for the enthusiasm and passion that many parents have shown recently, to be channelled for the benefit of the junior section. It is hoped that the many supporters of the junior section become electronic members and support the work of the HHFA. The Association aims to provide a valued home for hockey by promoting activities that allow the junior members to realise and develop their potential. 1) Develop more extended relationships between the coaches, parents, young people and others associated with the junior section, 2) Engage in activities which support the development of the junior section, 3) Organise fundraising activities in order to provide and assist in the provision of facilities or items for the junior section, and 4) Determine the facilities or items to be provided based on available funds and on the advice of the Director of Hockey and Director of Junior Hockey An interim Committee has been established which consists of the following people: Interim Chair Alison Thompsett Interim Vice-Chair Jo Williams Interim Secretary Lisa Parker Honorary Treasurer Adrian Hull HHC Director of Hockey Jon Rye HHC Director of Junior Hockey Ray Baker Membership is electronic and you will receive regular updates, newsletters and information emails. It is entirely up to you as to how much you wish to get involved.
